Are You Ready to Compete?

Training for a competition in figure, bikini or bodybuilding is a time-intensive and challenging endeavour. If it were easy, everyone would be a fitness competitor.

How Hard is it to Train for a Fitness Competitions?

Competing in the the fitness world can be an extremely rewarding experience. Like anything else in life, you will get out what you put into it.

Expect to work out five to six times a week. Know that a strict diet must be followed including eating at specific time intervals. It is not uncommon to see a team member hauling a mini cooler around with prepared snacks and meals on the weekend.

As challenging as the food and fitness regime is, you will be surrounded with friendly and helpful team members who will offer advice and personal recipes to make your competition training a little easier.
